The Machine is recognized as one of the most popular upcoming artists in the Hardstyle scene. Coming from Lithuania, where Hardstyle isn't that popular as in leading countries like Holland and Italy yet, he has a very unique view on Hardstyle. His style is quite hard and dark compared to the current standard. That's why people still were a bit doubtful when his first release "Raw" came out in 2006, at the age of only 17. He's had 4 other releases on labels like Ipnotika and Kattiva since then.
Along the way more people started to appreciate his style and the number of top DJ's that picked up his style increased with every record he released. It appears that 2010 will bring his definite breakthrough, with some interesting projects to be announced in the near future on some well respected Dutch labels (Sys-X). Also in DJ'ing his star is definitely rising. He has had quite some bookings in his own country so far, and periodical airtime on the well respected online radio station Hard FM. Booking wise this year will also become very busy with some big international gigs coming up. Keep your eyes out for The Machine!
