This release relentlessly pours on the darkness and perfectly melds the sound of the two outfits. The Dark Side of this special picture disc delivers the seemingly senseless pounding of The Immobilizer and the brooding sadness of The Burden Hardest to Bear. The Light Side serves up the minimalist sound of Carnage in C-Minor and finishes us off with Dark Awakening, which is easily the gloomiest track on this release.
