    Why do I need a profile and what information is displayed ?

    You need to create a profile if you like to shop in our store.
    The information you provide us is used by us for shipping, payment and status information.
    (we create an online personal mini database which only you will be able to view using your password and login)
    You can use this account to see IF we received your order, and also to view the status of your order.
    It is therefore necessary to closely monitor your profile page to see what the status is on your package, but also to see if we have added some comments to your order (for instance the date of shipment, order problems etc).
    In this way we are able to give you the best service available in the shortest period of time, since you can check every minute of the day whether or not something has changed in the status of your order.
    What if my personal information changes ?

    For instance when you move to another area.
    You are responsible for changing and maintaining your own personal information in your account environment.
    Please keep your information up to date, because we will ship all the packages to the address YOU have provided here.
    If your package gets lost because your information is incorrect you will of course be responsible for this !
    I have lost my login and password ?

    When you lose your password and login, you can just go to the login box and click on the forgotten button.
    You will have to fill in the e-mail address you used when you created your account.
    A new automatically generated password will then be send to this e-mail address.
    You will be able to log in again using this new password.
    If you log in to your account, you will be able to change this password into a new one find easier to remember.
    How can I listen to the previews ?

    When you click on the image of the item you would like to hear, you will be presented with a new and more detailed page.
    On this page more information about the product can be found and you will also be able to listen to the real audio files which have been placed on this page.
    In order to listen to the previews make sure you have the real player installed.

    I want to be removed completely from your database ?

    Please contact us by e-mail and we will totally remove you from our database.
    No questions asked, it is totally your decision and none of our business why you would want us to remove you.
    Do I have to pay tax ?

    You only have to pay tax if you live within the European Union.
    To find out if you do, just make your order and our system will automatically apply tax if it is necessary.
    Can I pay with my credit card ?

    Yes you can :) The cards we accept at the moment areVISA & Mastercard (you can also use Paypal)
    Furthermore : You must fill in all the details of the order form, otherwise we can not and will not process your order !
    Is my payment service secured ?

    Yes, we are working with the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protocol.
    Furthermore: All credit card numbers are split into 3 parts and are being send to us in 3 separate e-mails.
    We will "rebuild" your number again using al these different parts which makes this method the most protected payment option possible !
    How do I pay ?

    Payment is to be made before we can ship the package.
    You can find the different payment options in the information box.

    When do you send my package(s) ?

    As soon as we receive your payment and all items are in stock.
    How long does it take for my package to arrive ?

    Depends on the country you live in and your choice of shipment.
    See the delivery times section in the information box for more details.
    Our fixed shipping days are on Tuesday & Friday.
    How do I know if you have received my order ?

    When you are finished shopping and you have filled in your personal details etc. you will automatically be transferred to a screen where you can see what you have ordered and how much you have to pay.
    You will also receive an automatic generated e-mail confirmation with your order and all the details regarding your order .
    I would like to cancel my order or I have done something wrong . What do I have to do now ....?

    Contact us by phone, by fax or by e-mail.
    I do not have an e-mail address, can I still order from CMBV ?

    Yes, you can still make the order, but of course you will not receive a confirmation, since you don't have an e-mail address.
    If you wish to receive a confirmation, we can send you this by fax or post upon request.
    (Please mention this in the extra comments box at the end of your order)

    In all cases you will receive the invoice with all the details in it by post.
    When has my transaction finished ?

    When you are finished choosing the products you like, you have to press the "Checkout" button.
    You will be asked to choose a shipping and a payment method.
    After filling this in correctly you have to press the button below the page to continue.
    After clicking through all the necessary pages which are marked by a continue button, you will be given a thank you word after a couple of seconds.
    This is the end of your transaction and you can close the shop to continue surfing the net.
    The Last screen asks for a card number ?

    You only have to fill this in if you have chosen the credit card payment and not if you choose a different payment method
    Do you use cookies ?

    Yes we have built in, in our shop a cookie to remember your personal details, just in case you decide to order something from us again in the future.
    We can not read out the cookies nor do we use it to sell or give away your personal details to other companies.
    We only use it for your convenience, so you don't have to fill in all your personal details again the next time you like to order something from us.
    My question is not listed here ?

    My profile has been deleted or I can not log in anymore ?

    On a regular basis we clean out our database and thus if we find a profile with names like : asdfg orkjbj, etc etc. or non-existing e-mail addresses
    WE WILL REMOVE this profile from the database!
    Only valid entries will be excepted.
    Please make sure that your e-mail address is a valid working one or your profile may be deleted by our staff.
    How do I change my password ?

    First login using the password you received when you created your own profile.
    Then open your profile and fill in the password you want in the password field.
    You also have to fill in this new password in the 2nd password field [this is a verification].
    Click continue and you can now log in the next time using your own made up password !
    I need the IBAN number of CMBV ?

    In the information box, click on the : about CMBV link for our full details including the IBAN number.
